Need Help with a Return?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchased item, you can return the order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 45 days after purchase. We provide free return + exchange service.

Need Help Finding Your Order Number?

Your order number that begins with a Ti included in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. It is also located on your order's packing slip. If you cannot find these records, no problem! Send us an email to support@timissu.com using the email address used to place your order and we can send it over!

All Returns & Exchanges must be processed through our Returns Portal within 45 days of original purchase. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to send back your item.

Some Additional Returns Information!

  • Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment. We cannot change payment methods to redirect refunds to other accounts.

  • Customized Products can not be returned and are non-refundable.
  • For all approved exchanges, we will ship your new order for free.
  • We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost with transport, we will take responsibly and honor the Return/Exchange.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Additional Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be from a verified timissu.com order. The Timissu does not offer returns on items purchased outside of timissu.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
  • The Timissu does not price match with dealers or competitors.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
